The Proscape-Van 79-1/4" high by 88" wide door/ramp opening provides generous clearance for loading and unloading commercial mowers, landscaping equipment, and service gear - helping crews move equipment on and off the truck quickly and efficiently.

A keyed swing-bar locking rod system helps keep valuable equipment secure between jobs, while remaining easy to operate. The integrated spring tensioner assists with opening and closing, reducing effort during repeated stops throughout the workday.

Morgan's aerodynamic front-end design combines strong, impact-resistant Poly Tuff corner caps with 9" aluminum top radii, 5" corner radii, and streamlined aluminum extrusions, connectors, and rails - helping protect high-impact corner areas while optimizing airflow and reducing wind resistance.

Performance Starts with the Foundation

Heavy-duty 4" steel I-beam longrails and 3" steel I-beam crossmembers create a strong, rigid foundation engineered for demanding commercial use. Crossmembers are spaced on 16" centers for 12'-16' bodies and 12" centers with steel wheelpans for 18'-26' bodies - delivering greater floor support, load stability, and long-term durability.

A .032" one-piece aluminum roof, anti-snag roof bows, and seamless roof capping create a durable barrier engineered to stand up to demanding weather and years of commercial use. Roof bows positioned on 24" centers provide added structural support, while the crowned roof design promotes water and ice runoff - helping reduce moisture intrusion and keep cargo dry, protected, and ready for delivery.

Morgan's reinforced rear frame is engineered for the demands of daily loading and unloading. Heavy-duty header gussets and reinforced gusseting at critical stress points, combined with a reinforced end plate on 18' and longer bodies, add structural strength and rigidity where the body experiences repeated loading forces.

An integrated rain channel and drip rail direct water away from the rear opening - helping protect clearance lights, cargo, and your team from rain and runoff during loading and unloading. A painted steel threshold with drain holes helps manage moisture, while curbside and roadside grab handles provide convenient access throughout the workday.
