The ProStake 48" heavy-duty steel bulkhead combines strength, protection, and purposeful design. Engineered to help shield the cab and crew from shifting cargo, its integrated punched-window design maintains rearward visibility without compromising the rugged construction demanded by commercial applications. Available height options provide the flexibility to configure ProStake to suit how your truck works.

Engineered from the Ground Up

The ProStake understructure is engineered to deliver the strength, durability, and long-term performance demanded by commercial applications. Heavy-duty 3" steel I-beam crossmembers, positioned on 12" or 16" centers based on body length and application, create a robust foundation engineered to handle demanding payloads and everyday jobsite use.

For added durability, Morgan M-Guard undercoating comes standard to help protect critical underbody components, including longrails and wheel pans, from road debris, moisture, and harsh operating conditions. For enhanced protection, optional M-Guard full-body undercoating extends coverage across the entire subframe.

Visibility You Can Depend On

ProStake standard LED clearance lighting is designed for dependable visibility and compliance with FMVSS-108. A molded wiring harness with sealed plug-together connections helps protect the electrical system from moisture, road debris, and harsh operating conditions, improving reliability and reducing maintenance over the life of the body.

The ProStake solid hardwood floor is engineered for the demands of everyday commercial use. Its rugged construction provides a durable loading surface while naturally absorbing impact from cargo, equipment, and repeated loading and unloading. Built to withstand tough working conditions, the hardwood floor provides a dependable foundation designed for long-term performance.

The ProStake standard underride bumper is engineered beneath the platform to deliver a clean, low-profile design that integrates seamlessly with the body. A pooched step surface provides improved traction and secure footing, helping support safer access during everyday loading, unloading, and jobsite operations.
